Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Evering ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

Evering is a private wedding-photo gallery and facial-recognition matching service. The bride or groom ("the customer") creates a gallery, uploads their wedding photos, and shares it with guests. Guests view, contribute candids, and find themselves via selfie face-search.

3. Accounts

• The customer must create an account, complete onboarding, and is responsible for the gallery.
• Galleries are private to the customer who created them.
• Guests can view a gallery via the customer's share link without an account; uploading or using face-search may require accepting per-feature consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Content & intellectual property

• You retain full ownership of photos and videos in your gallery. We make no claim of ownership over user-uploaded content.
• By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to host, process (including face detection), and serve the content to viewers you authorise.
• You may not upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.

5. Biometric data

Face-recognition features require explicit consent from each guest. See our Privacy Policy for full details on biometric data collection, retention, and deletion.

You and any guest may request deletion of face data at any time.

6. Availability & warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or perfect facial-recognition accuracy. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time (30-day grace period). Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
