How can we help?
Twelve answers to the questions brides actually ask us — sharing, privacy, photos, billing. If yours isn't here, the contact form below routes straight to a person.

Sharing your gallery
- How do my guests find the gallery?
- You'll get one private share link (and a QR code with your couple names on it) from the Sharing tab. Print the QR for the venue, drop the link into your group chat — both work the same way. Guests don't need an account, they just tap and land in your gallery.
- Can I change the link after I've shared it?
- The link is permanent — once it's printed on a sign at your reception we don't want a stale URL floating around. If a link does need revoking we'll do it for you from support (the new link is one tap to regenerate on our side).
- Can someone forward my link to people I didn't invite?
- Yes — by default anyone with the link can open the gallery, which is the right tradeoff for most weddings. If you want to control it tightly, turn on the optional passcode in Settings. The link still works the same, but guests need the passcode you choose to get in.

Privacy and access
- Do guests need an account?
- No. The whole gallery — viewing, finding themselves with a selfie, uploading their own photos — works without signing up for anything. The bride is the only person who needs an account, because she's the one managing the gallery.
- What is selfie face-search and is it optional?
- Selfie face-search lets a guest take one quick photo of themselves and surface every wedding photo they appear in. It's strictly opt-in per guest — they tick a consent box first, and the selfie itself never leaves their device (only an anonymous numeric fingerprint reaches our servers, used only for matching).
- Can a guest delete the face data we collected for them?
- Yes. The /face-data-deletion page lets any guest enter the email they used and have all their face embeddings deleted. The bride can also turn the whole feature off from Settings if she wants the gallery to be browse-only.

Photos and uploads
- How many photos can I upload?
- There's no hard cap. The bulk-upload tool is built for 2,000+ photos straight from your phone, and the gallery handles thousands of guest candids on top of that without slowing down.
- Can I review guest photos before they're public?
- Yes — turn on "Approve guest uploads" in Settings and every guest upload waits for your approval before showing up in the gallery. The review queue sits on your dashboard's Photos tab so a quick swipe approves a batch.
- What if a guest uploads something inappropriate?
- Other guests can flag a photo with one tap from the gallery; two flags and it auto-hides into your review queue. You can also delete any photo directly from the lightbox — guest or pro — and it stays recoverable from the Deleted list for a while afterwards.

Billing and refunds
- How does pricing work?
- One payment per wedding. AUD 99 with our launch offer — regularly AUD 149. No subscription, no per-guest fees, no upsells. Pay once and your gallery is live for a year — and you can download a full-resolution copy any time to keep.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — there's a money-back guarantee. If Evering isn't what you hoped for, write to us any time up to 30 days after your wedding and we'll refund the activation fee in full. Your guests keep access to the gallery while we sort it out — we'll never pull it out from under them.
- Is GST included? Do you handle receipts?
- Yes. Checkout collects Australian GST at the point of sale, and Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) emails you a proper tax-invoice receipt automatically after the order completes — no separate request needed.
